Will specialises in venture capital. He helps fast-growth IP-rich companies navigate their way through funding rounds, advising entrepreneurs, founder teams and investors on transactions from angel/seed stage, through growth and eventually to exit.
Will has represented some of the UK’s most exciting and ground-breaking technology-based start-ups, and counts some of Europe’s leading venture capital funds amongst his clients.
Will represents clients from a variety of industry sectors including AI, gaming, media and entertainment, sport and e-sports, e-commerce, fintech, cryptocurrency and blockchain.
