Shamina Knights is an Associate in the Advertising and Brands Group.
Shamina has several years of experience assisting clients on the exploitation and enforcement of their intellectual property rights, as well as supporting on the commercialisation of intellectual property rights such as contract matters in connection to brand licensing, sponsorship and collaboration deals.
Shamina has advised and represented clients before the UK intellectual property office as well as assisted in the management of worldwide trade mark portfolios for trade mark dispute proceedings, and has also acted for clients in response to trade mark, copyright and design right infringement matters.
Prior to working at Sheridans, Shamina gained years of experience working in-house at a travel/ media company as well as a boutique intellectual property firm where she gained valuable IP, commercial and data protection experience.
