Catherine Ramsay is a partner specialising in all types of share plans (including EMI option plans and growth share structures) and equity incentive tax planning.
Catherine sits within Sheridans’ Venture Capital group and has built a wide practice within the reward and equity incentives specialism. She advises on all aspects of share plans across many different sectors with a particular focus on technology rich and fast growing companies. Catherine has a wealth of experience in advising and implementing a wide range of equity planning for companies and individual employees and directors to recruit and retain talent, including the employment related tax aspects of implementation and design.
