Sangita is a member of the Real Estate Team and has experience in all aspects of real estate transactions. These include the sale and purchase of investment properties, developments, property management and is particularly well versed in Landlord and Tenant Law and Practice and acts for institutional, investment and occupational clients.

She has advised a number of renowned Central London estates in the acquisition, management and disposal of a diverse range of properties and has recently had experience of advising substantial property funds and high net worth offshore individuals on transactional requirements. She was also the lead adviser in a team acting for a major property fund in the disposal of a complex and high value retail park.

Sangita is a well-connected rain maker, with a track record of introducing business focussing on corporates, family businesses and high net worth individuals.
