Nina Lomas

Nina specialises in acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and private equity investments for the firm's entertainment clients including recording artists, theatre producers and media personalities.

Recent transactions which Nina has been involved in include the disposal of a digital download company to a NASDAQ listed corporation, the acquisition of various music publishing companies and the formation and funding of an LLP investing in theatre productions. Nina also acted in relation to the Robbie Williams joint venture with EMI Records.

In addition, Nina acts for a private bank in respect of finance provided to individuals and corporate entities operating in the entertainment sector and for a VCT investing in music companies.
