Jay Soneji

Jay is involved in a broad range of commercial property work. He has a great deal of experience in all aspects of commercial property including acquisitions sales, financing, property joint ventures, secured lending, corporate support and commercial landlord and tenant matters. Clients include property investors, developers, lenders, retails and hoteliers. Jay has undertaken high value portfolio refinancing and has acted in conjunction with major lending institutions. He also has considerable experience in offshore transactions and has well established relationships with off shore professionals.

Jay Soneji regularly undertakes negotiations of leases, surrenders and variations acting for either landlord or tenants and has experience in leases of office units, retail premises, restaurants and hotels.
