Charlotte has particular expertise in acquisitions and disposals and joint ventures for music publishing companies and independent televisions production companies. Transactions which Charlotte has been involved with include the Pioneer Film & Television Productions Limited sale to Tinopolis Limited, a joint venture for a children's TV network and a joint venture for a new independent television production company and various disposals including Firefly Film and Television Productions Limited, a Computer Games Company, and Complete Music Limited.

Charlotte undertakes a diverse range of corporate and commercial work for mainstream corporate clients including private companies, PLC's, US corporations, LLPs and private banks and works closely with clients within the Music and Film & TV industries.
