Amit Patel
Amit is corporate commercial lawyer and a member of the Company Commercial Team developing a broad base of company, commercial and corporate experience.
He advises on all types of corporate, commercial transactions, including media, technology and commercial agreements, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder agreements together with general corporate law and compliance advice.
Notable deals Amit has been involved in include:
- NBC Universal's £30M acquisition of Carnival Film and Television.
- £100M AIM listed flotation and related verification in respect of a Japanese leisure hotel business.
- £150M cross border international assets purchase on behalf of leading technology company.
- Virgin Mobile's multi million pound telecommunications supply agreement with T-Mobile.
Amit trained at Ashurst and joined Sheridans in 2009 and is a keen musician.
