Trainees
Sheridans usually offers one or two training contracts per year commencing in September. The firm is looking for very special candidates with good academic backgrounds, commercial awareness, great interpersonal skills and an ability to think strategically. Trainee applications should generally come from law graduates, however, outstanding applicants with other academic disciplines who have shown an aptitude for law at GDL level or equivalent may also be considered.
The qualities referred to above coupled with enthusiasm and a demonstrable commitment to the firm's core areas of practice will be rewarded with a challenging range of work and exposure to a significant level of responsibility at a relatively early stage. Trainees will be given the opportunity to work as part of a team for high profile clients alongside lawyers who are renowned within their specialist fields.
